We promise to
- Respond to all personal staff related needs immediately as and when they arise

- Attend to all peoples requiring clearance for transfer within two days
- ensure high quality teaching by close assessment of at least one teacher per subject per term by the administration .
- Courteously attend to parents and other visitors within five minutes of arrival or direct them instantly to the appropriate office.
- Answer each telephone call within three rings .
- Attend to all assigned classes within five minutes of start of the lesson .
- Effectively mark pupils work and review it within six days.
- Give pupils quality work as per subject requirement .
- Prepare and present pupils progress reports at the end of each school term.
- Formally invite parents for consultation per year as well as be available for individual consultation by parents on work related issues as and
whenever during school terms
- Improve the school pass rate by at least two percent each year.
- Instill discipline among pupils and deal with all disciplinary problems firmly ,fairly and decisively within a week
- Facilitate pupils participation in sporting and other co-curricular activities at least twice a week in order to identify and develop individual
and team talent .
- Guide and counsel pupils on matters/issues relating to moral and social problems.
- Effectively guide pupils on suitable / appropriate subjects / careers to pursue after "O" Level / "A" Level
